Requesting Tech Support

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to take a minute to run everyone through the tech support assistance process in the event you encounter any errors on the platform or related to any content in you training journey.

  1. Click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of either the main page or your course page
  2. Click the “Report a platform issue” button within the chat
  3. Describe the error you are encountering and include:
    1. The issue and error message
    2. Operating System you are using (e.g. Windows 10, MacOSX, etc.)
    3. Web Browser you are using
    4. Any other methods you have used to troubleshoot (e.g. I tried completing this task using both Google Chrome and Firefox)
